This project was inspired by the home’s existing architectural elements—high ceilings, large windows, and open spaces—married with our client’s desire to create a cohesive and livable space for their growing family. We focused on creating balance and hierarchy by curating tones, textures, and furnishings with scale that would anchor the expansive space and still allow for easy circulation. Neutral tones throughout create a soothing and visually expansive effect and are complemented by a contrasting feature wall in the main gathering area. With flexibility to style seasonably, enjoy personal items all year round, and conceal storage, the custom builtin echos the craftsmanship of the stunning contemporary kitchen.
