DISCOVERY
Pre-Design & Schematic Design
We join a project at its inception and take time to understand and distill our client’s goals and objectives. We deepen our understanding through an in-depth programming meeting, where we discuss their current lifestyle and how they envision it evolving over time. We are intentional about connecting with clients on their values and aspirations—these will form the foundation of our highly-customized designs.
DESIGN
Design Development
We prepare multiple bespoke design solutions for review before developing the selected concept further, ensuring that it reflects client feedback and project parameters. We then work collaboratively with our client to curate and refine architectural details, fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, furnishings, and every element that will make up the finished space. For new construction and renovation projects, this is when our project management begins as we work closely with construction teams and our trusted trade partners to ensure no detail is spared.
IMPLEMENTATION
Procurement & Installation
We bring our shared vision to life! Our team gets to work sourcing, tracking, and receiving the pieces of our client's new home. Once everything is procured, we coordinate and schedule 1-2 days for thorough installation and styling of furnishings, soft goods, case goods, artwork, and decor. We then have the joy and honor of welcoming our clients home and celebrating a successful partnership.
